Warranty:

Limited Warranty - Ride Time Technology ® warrants products it manufactures, if maintained and operated under normal conditions, shall be free from any defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise noted. Some items may contain longer manufactures warranties.

All merchandise sold by Ride Time Technology is only subject to manufacturers warranty, if any, and are subject to submission to the manufacturer for approval for repair or replacement of merchandise. Customer, however, will be responsible for shipping and handling fees. In no event is Ride Time Technology liable for any incidental, consequential, labor and/or inconvenience fees or charges of any amount or type. Ride Time Technology's warranty is limited to replacement of the item(s) purchased. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. A photo copy of your invoice showing the invoice number must accompany all warranty claims. Please note, if the item is tested and found not to be defective, the customer will be charged a $9.00 fee to reship the item , we encourage you to work with us to trouble shoot any problem you may be having before returning an item.

No warranty whatsoever will be valid if the defect was caused by customer abuse, negligence, and/or mishandling. It is the responsibility of the customer/installer to verify the correctness of size and application of the parts before installation

Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Please include a written explanation and a contact phone number with any warranty return.
